Shannon Court, a care home run by The Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution Care Company (RMBI Care Co.), is set within nine acres of woodland in a beautifully renovated Edwardian country home in Hindhead, Surrey. The home offers residential care and residential dementia support for up to 53 residents, including both permanent care and short stay respite breaks.

We provide comprehensive services for Shannon Court, including the management of:

Intercall Nurse Call System
Access Control Systems (including standalone units and a Paxton Net2 system)

We are progressively upgrading the site's access control by incorporating a networked system for all access doors to enhance security and ease of management for the client.

The Anvil – Basingstoke’s Premier Concert Hall and Performing Arts Centre

The Anvil is a renowned 1,400-seat concert hall and performing arts centre located in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

We manage the addressable 4-loop Morleys fire system, including beam detection, which is fully integrated with the PAVA (Public Address and Voice Alarm) system for enhanced safety and communication.

THE HAYMARKET

The Haymarket – Basingstoke’s Proscenium Arch Theatre

The Haymarket is a 380-seat proscenium arch theatre located in the heart of Basingstoke.

We maintain the addressable 4-loop Advanced fire system and Vesda air sampling unit at The Haymarket, which is integrated with the PAVA (Public Address and Voice Alarm) system to ensure the highest standards of fire safety and communication.

TAURUS WASTE

Taurus Waste – Farnborough

At Taurus Waste in Farnborough, we provide servicing for the automatic fire detection system in the main recycling shed, utilizing flame detection integrated with the deluge system. This system is connected to the office fire system and monitored via a GSM Dialler. Additionally, we conduct annual fire extinguisher inspections to ensure ongoing safety.

Penny’s Group – Waste Management in Somerset

For Penny’s Group in Somerset, we handle the installation and servicing of the automatic fire detection system in the main recycling shed. This system is fully integrated with the site's deluge system and is monitored 24/7 to ensure continuous safety and protection.

MJ CHURCH

MJ Church – Star Farm Waste Transfer Site, Chippenham

Relay was brought in to consult with MJ Church to ensure Star Farm met the necessary compliance requirements for insurance purposes at their waste transfer site in Chippenham. We designed and installed flame detection integrated with the existing fire system and interfaced it with the deluge system. The fire system is fully monitored, with keyholder and brigade response for optimal safety and emergency response.

Relay was engaged by TJ Waste to ensure compliance with insurance requirements at their Tipner Waste Transfer Site in Portsmouth. We designed and installed flame detection, integrated with the existing fire system and interfaced with the deluge system. The fire system is fully monitored, with keyholder and brigade response to provide optimal safety and emergency response.

McCarthy Marland – Four Sites Across the UK

We provide the installation and servicing of the automatic fire detection system in the main recycling sheds at McCarthy Marland's four sites in Tetbury, Bristol, Wantage, and Somerton. The system utilizes flame detection and is monitored 24/7 for continuous safety and protection.
